When you write a card, Kintsugo reads what concept it's testing. After you've gotten that card right enough times, we quietly swap the card text out for another so that when you see it next, it asks the same topic, but a different angle. Kintsugo makes it so you can't fall back on memorizing sentences, so you end up thinking through the underlying idea every single time. This keeps happening for as long as you keep reviewing.

No, and this is intentional. Each variant unlocks only after you've shown mastery of the previous one. Think of it as leveling up: you earn your way deeper into a concept by being consistently correct.

Not yet. Static flashcards from other apps don't translate cleanly into Kintsugo's dynamic model. It's on the roadmap, just not in the beta.
